Hey there, Citizens! With CitizenCon 2953 fast approaching, we're reminding you about an incredible opportunity that's about to close its doors: the CitizenCon Community Booths! We've already received many applications, but we don't want you to miss out on being a part of it. Applications for CitizenCon 2953 Community Booths are closing on July 31! Yes, you read that right! The deadline for submitting applications to secure a spot for your booth at CitizenCon is rapidly approaching. If you've been contemplating showcasing your organization, community, or services, now's the time to act! Why Should You Participate? Participating in this event can be a game-changer for your Org or community. It's a fantastic opportunity to network and connect with potential recruits, showcase what you and your friends are bringing to the 'verse, and gain visibility at the biggest Star Citizen event yet. Also, this is your chance to join the CitizenCon team! Getting accepted means your ticket is covered for free, and you'll gain access to the venue outside of normal operating hours. How to Apply To apply for your own booth, send an email to communitybooths@cloudimperiumgames.com and include the following required information: Name of your organization/community/booth Contact names and emails (including the primary contact person and a maximum of three additional exhibitors) What is the goal/vision/purpose of your booth? Do you plan on giving anything to attendees (flyers, stickers, pins, etc.)? Do you have previous experience running/setting up a booth for an expo? (not required) Do you have a website/existing community we can review? Visual mockup of your booth attached as an image or PDF Comprehensive list of items to be brought into the venue attached as a spreadsheet file. Include both the items and the quantities Each booth space will be provided with a folding table, two chairs, and access to power. Booths this year will be 10 square feet in size, although this is subject to change, and booths may vary in size. For the sake of your application, please assume your space is 10x10 ft. The booth will need to be manned by at least one person throughout the day, except for opening/closing ceremonies. Booth personnel (up to three) will be provided with standard-edition CitizenCon tickets and will receive early access to the venue to set up the booth. Our team is also available to assist you with any questions you may have, so don't hesitate to reach out.
