Applications are now open for organizations and communities to showcase their presence at CitizenCon once again! This is your chance to leave your mark on CitizenCon 2954! To apply, please send your application to communitybooths@cloudimperiumgames.com and include the following information: Name of your Community/Organization/Booth: Contact Names and Emails: Please provide the primary contact person's information and up to 2 additional exhibitors. Goal/Vision/Purpose for your booth: Let us know what your booth aims to achieve and the message you want to convey. Planned Giveaways: Will you be offering attendees flyers, stickers, pins, or any other goodies? Previous Experience: Have you previously run or set up a booth for an expo? Please note that previous experience is not a requirement. Website/Existing Community: If available, please provide a website for us to review. Visual Mockup: Attach an image or PDF of how you picture your booth setup. Comprehensive List of Items: Attach a spreadsheet file listing all items you plan to bring to the venue, including quantities. The booth size will be approximately 3 by 3 meters (10x10ft). Each booth will be provided with a folding table and cloth, two chairs, and access to power. Additionally, at least one person must be present at the booth throughout the day, except during opening and closing ceremonies. This is your opportunity to share your passion, connect with fellow community members, and make an impact on CitizenCon 2954.
