Hello everyone, CitizenCon 2949 merchandise is available for preorder for all CitizenCon 2949 ticketholders over on our site. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind: Pre-orders will not be shipped. They will need to be picked up at the CitizenCon merchandise booth on the day of the convention between 13:30 to 23:00. Please bring a government-issued ID that matches the name on the order. Pre-orders will be on sale until November 23rd at 20:00 UTC. Some merchandise is still top-secret, so keep in mind that you won't know the design until CitizenCon, but you're still are able to pre-order those pieces if you're feeling adventurous. If you don't happen to be a ticket holder, fear not! While some of the pieces are CitizenCon exclusive, you'll still be able to snatch up some of this new merchandise as soon as the convention begins, delivered in our traditional shipped-to-you style. Unless we sell out, all of these pieces will also be available for purchase at CitizenCon at our cash-only merchandise booth until 22:00 (cash purchases will not be associated with your RSI account). You'll also be able to purchase online the day of before the presale ends at 20:00 and pick up your merchandise at the booth between 11:00 and 23:00. Note: If you're purchasing online and want to pick your merch up at the convention, please make sure you are selecting the CitizenCon Pre-Sale merch. Merch for general sale (i.e., merch that includes a shipping cost) cannot be picked up at CitizenCon.
