You submitted your creations, you voted for your favorites, but now the dust has settled. The winner of 2955's Ship Showdown is... The RSI Polaris The Polaris prevails! This capital commander has conquered the competition to claim the Ship Showdown crown. All backers will receive an in-game commemorative Polaris-themed holographic banner at this year's Intergalactic Aerospace Expo (IAE) to honor the champion. Additionally, your top four ships are taking home a prize as well! The Polaris, the Gladiator, the Asgard, and the Zeus ES will all receive new 2955 Best In Show paints when IAE rolls around, along with in-game manufacturer-themed posters! All backers who have these ships in their hangar at the start of Best In Show will receive the paints and posters then. You will also have an opportunity to pick up the ships with their Best in Show prizes included during IAE.
