However, in order to implement this fix, we're going to have to suspend the live service for no more than 10 minutes at 2100 CDT / 0200 UTC. For players encountering this problem, we recommend you perform the following steps before logging back into the game: Completely close your game and launcher. Delete your LoginData.json and USER Folder located in your "\Cloud Imperium Games\StarCitizen\Public\" directory. Open the launcher and log back into the game!
