And one paragraph is probably going to kill it all…. Cig, I know you read these posts and I love you guys but this has to be the MOST over encumber some thing Ive ever read. Im the ptu right now playing 10-15 minute i see my components wear 3% roughly in the time. Am I supposed to take this statement as saying that every 4-5 hours of gameplay my ship will now be useless unless I do 3-4 hours of component collecting and stacking in whatever hangar im in at the moment So when my ship is inevitably permanently disabled without a component swap I can spend another hour swapping components on my ship Cig I love you guys but seriously? What gives? This isnt even a space dad vs sweats type of thing. This is just a massive hindrance to playing the game in the long run. Maybe someone else can tell me I'm reading this wrong and hopefully I am because this is honestly killing it for me hardcore and Ive been a staunch supporter of just “let them cook” for a long time now. Edit: The more I'm reading this and talking with others I believe I'm just misreading the statement. I'll leave the post up regardless and take my L on this one however I stand by my statement that the current wear rate is still too heavy handed. Edit 2: CIG just announced wear is meant to be repaired so this is just a case of read it wrong.
