Hi CIG Marketing, Take this as feedback that I suspect you'll toss into the bin anyway, but hey this is a place for that kind of stuff. I'm Concierge, on average I've put a lot of money into this game, I think it's bunk that you removed $1000 Concierge from the Wave 1 EPTU, and that you expect me to pay another $10 (or $25,000) for access to it, or to play some indeterminant amount of time I have no control of or access too, without any indication of how "close" I am to getting access. You told us the reason was to get more engagement, you told us that the time between waves would "not be that long". But then you implemented a $10 shortcut for anyone who didn't want to wait. I would have been far more understanding if this shortcut didn't exist, but it does, and it feels pretty bad. While I know you likely don't care that I'm not happy about this, I'm still not happy about this. Either way, just tossing my 2 cents into the wind here.
