In the early days of Star Citizen development, selling new concept ships was justified. CIG had to gather funds really quick to be operational. Today, 10 years since start of this project, CIG is in a position where they have secured money to be able to work on this game. Therefore selling new concept ships is not necessary anymore and for new ships CIG should switch to introducing them as flight ready only. Why? Look at the backlog. With every new concept ship released it grows. It contains ships as old as 9 years old. People are clearly not happy with it and we can see it all over the internet.
