Greetings, pilots! CitizenCon 2953 approaches, and once again you'll have a chance to leave a mark on the big show! Community Booths provide an opportunity for members of the Star Citizen community to represent in person at the event. Whether you are representing your org, an event group (racing, regional, etc.), a sub-community, or roleplaying your own in-universe representation at CitizenCon, we want all backers to have the chance to make their presence felt in an official capacity at the event. For inspiration, check out a highlight reel from 2948's event in Austin. We've loved having them at our last two events, so we're bringing them back this year, bigger and better than ever! Booths this year will be 10 square feet in size, although this is subject to change, and booths may vary in size. For the sake of your application, please assume your space is 10x10 ft. To apply for your own booth, send an email in to communitybooths@cloudimperiumgames.com and include the following required information: Name of your Community/Organization/Booth Contact Names and Emails (including the primary contact person and a maximum of three additional exhibitors) What is the goal/vision/purpose for your booth? Do you plan on giving anything to attendees? (flyers, stickers, pins, etc.) Do you have previous experience running/setting up a booth for an expo? (not required) Do you have a website/existing community we can review? Visual Mockup of your booth as an image or PDF, attached. Comprehensive list of items to be brought into the venue as a spreadsheet file, attached. Include both the item and the quantity. NOTE: Please include all information in your initial email to ensure consideration for your booth at CitizenCon. Please note, each booth space will be provided with a folding table, two chairs, and access to power. The booth will need to have at least one person at the booth throughout the day, with the exception of opening/closing ceremonies.
