Is it just me or is the general culture around pvp, piracy, marauding, ganking etc really soft? I get it's not consensual and I get you don't need to be happy about being the victim of any of the above but good lord man, aside from my fellow boys in red, there doesn't seem to be hardly any recognition of it's valid place in this game. If an engagement isn't pre-planned, months in advance, with signed waivers and a letter from our mommies giving permission, then it's seen as griefing. No matter what. I've been experimenting with my piracy... trying to see what the "acceptable threshold of compliance" is in regards to how much I demand when negotiating with my target. I've gone down to a piddly, pitiful 5k uec. Not even enough to wipe my own ass and still i've yet had someone who conceded. I disable only, i offer ample chances and they still rather self destruct or literally leave their vessel and try to take me on with their stock energy pistol lol. How did Eve and ED develop a more hardened view of criminal behavior? Why is SC any different? Thanks for reading.
