Hello, the purpose of this message is to draw the attention of CIG staff to the event Day of the Vara and the hulmets drop rate. At the start of the event, we had a drop rate that allowed players with a reasonable amount of playing time to loot all the helmets and win the associated rewards. Then an update was released, resulting in the disappearance of the masks. A fix was produced, days added and since then the drop rate has been dramatically low. Some players are lucky enough to have had all the masks before the bug and the fix. However, for all those players who still have to search for missing masks, this has become impossible. Is it normal that, since the fix, players who have been farming for almost 10 hours a day for several days can't complete their collection and get the free rewards associated with this event? The Vandul mask and one of the horror masks are almost impossible to drop, even for extreme farmer. How can a normal player manage this event? For exemple, why can't we exchange any duplicates with other players to complete the collection? I invite players who have encountered the same problem since the fix and who are therefore unable to complete their collection to share their experience and upvote this message in the hope that the game teams will take the problem into consideration. I hope that a solution will be found so that we can make a success of this event.
