I was stuck with this for the last week. Cleared Launcher cache, logged in logged out I fresh DDU uninstalled/re-installed my AMD GPU drivers and did this progressively further back until march. I did a Windows 11 repair, the whole shebang Tinkered in bios etc CHARACTER REPAIR finaly solved it.
