Context: 4.0 is here, we don't have that as the "next big thing" to keep on the medium distance horizon to get any idea of what's on the way. Its been the goal for 4+ years, and we hit it. Good, right? 1.0 has been defined, and is so ungodly far away and vague in its details and top-down in scope that we cant assume any part of it is in active development or what parts of each feature come first, second, or third. 4.1 is going to have the items confirmed (SOME) but booted from 4.0, so that's just playing a catch-up game from the last major update, and even then I can guarantee at least one of those features will be inexplicably MIA for 6 months. So, why are people cynical? Its February. You aren't giving us the scope for 4.1. We don't have even a vaguest clue for what's in a single update between here and 4.4 at the end of the year. There isn't any way of being "hopeful" for the next update because we don't even know what the next 2-3 updates are expected to even veer towards content wise. Every single monday since NYE, theres been the chance to give people an idea to hope towards, a "this item is sorta getting worked on". We dont even have that. Why? Because The Progress Tracker has been unusable and worthless for over 12 months. As of right now, we have no idea what is happening. We don't know about T0 anything coming soon, about revamps to stats coming, about the first steps to the first items of 1.0 coming. We barely know about 4.0.2 which wont hit live till mid-February. There is no direction for the horizon for us. There is no indication for the next steps. This is not hard. Fix the tracker and tell us what the f*** is being worked on. You didn't promise me ships, those I "pledged" for. You didn't promise me a smooth ride, its an alpha. Transparency is the ONLY thing you sold me, so grow a pair and deliver it.
