Ok just got off a gameplay session on the PTU and was killed at the river, I was out on foot exploring when I heard gunshots, sprinted back to my ship to see it blow up and the other person that was there with me start getting attacked. I got killed because I tried to take down the offending ship with my custodian because why the F not? but the other player I was with started raging in chat calling the other player trash and claiming he was griefing. if you get killed at the river you have NOT been griefed, it is out of armistice and any PVP gameplay there counts as legitimate gameplay whether you like it or not, either get involved, enjoy seeing the awe of watching ships flying above you with bullets flying everywhere or assume the fetal position, the choice is yours. either way its not griefing. https://youtu.be/hA2Fvw4DxEk
