I like playing PVP myself. That's why I'm looking forward to Pyro. The problem we have is that every player out there obviously understands PVP differently. For me, PVP in this game is the following: For example, I want to rob someone to make money from their goods. We take a close look at the victims beforehand. Is it a prepared group with guards or accompanying hunters? Then we go straight into the fight, because they expect it. Is it a single player? Then we radio him, if he doesn't respond, there's a warning shot. Only then will we attack. We do exactly the same on the ground. That's PVP for me. What I observe is this: Players land and disembark their ships to explore POIs. Other would-be PVP players throw bombs at the parked ships, fire rockets at the ships, and shoot at the players on the ground with the ships' on-board weapons. Or even better, they land and hide and instead of starting a fair fight with the visitors, they wait until they are standing at trading consoles, for example, and then shoot them in the head. At the wormholes you often see players who want to travel through the wormhole being shot at because they don't have shields. We will never be able to do anything against these types of players. They are in every game. It's her way of giving herself a kick. I also remember a post I read here a few days ago in which the creator is 100% right. We all bought ships to fly with. There is no starter pack that only consists of armor and a rifle  In the end, this leads to many players doing their thing for exactly this reason, all on their own. Added to this is the time it takes to find someone to accompany you, etc. The statement: Look for companionship and protection in Pyro is only partly true. So I definitely understand the single players. The question that now arises is how do we solve the PVP/PVE problem so that as many as possible are satisfied in the end!? I'm not a fan of us having the opportunity to switch the game to PVE somewhere, because that will mean that there won't be any PVP etc. Anyone who wants to transport valuable cargo will switch to PVE. So we have to strike a balance! My suggestions are: 1.) In the battle mod we should also be shown points that we can align ourselves with if we plan to jump straight away. This is a basic element of navigation. 2.) Shields should also be turned on in travel mode until you switch to Quantum. This gives the victims a significantly higher chance of surviving or the pirate simply needs more skill or friends to prevent this! Especially since the energy gameplay is illogical in some ways. If I switch to travel mode I can't power my shields, but can the weapons? For what reason? 3.) Landing zones on the moons and planets must become weapon-free zones. Very easy. The exception is of course missions (quests). For the pirates this means wait until your victim starts and then try to defeat them. Again, I'm a PVP player!!! But all other players must be given a real chance to be able to play in Pyro and experience adventures WITHOUT being constantly annoyed by these wannabe PVP players. 3 ideas that can be implemented without any problems and still make PVP possible. At least for the players who can really PVP.
