We've all seen the discontent in spectrum, the vocal portion of the community. The difference with this video is that there are solid suggestions made by an established and respected content creator who sought council from others in the community. I hope the message and suggestions in the video are taken seriously by CIG in an effort to improve relations with the vocal community, which will in turn increase engagement with non verbal members of the community, and hopefully then increase public perception and thus encourage new backers.
