It is something CIG gave to a real life person as a backer. An in-game decoration. Should anyone be allowed to steal and take ownership of an item (statue, t-shirt, decoration or not) that was given to me in 2013 in good faith for believing in this project? This may be a silly question for some people, because it cannot be related to any type of advantage at all but I find this important in the whole context of in game items and their "volatility" I believe the answer to this question molds whether we live in a paranoid world where it is everyone for themselves or a more relaxed universe where we are encouraged to make new friends and show our house, for example.
