To all those who can see through all the smoke of this event. Understand that your vote (if you have voted for anything other than the argo) didn't mean anything. You were destined to lose to this small group of argo meme people. They inflated the votes of this ship through the following tactics Streamers and content creators (not all) put on streams offering rewards and charity related events if the argo won and if their followers voted argo. The part you may not know, is that it lacked integrity as they encouraged their fans to create alt accounts and do whatever they can to make the argo win There were people who created alt accts both during and before the event - multiple alt accounts (by multiple 50+). They used these as part of a bot algorithm to systematically add votes over time to the argo count. Your fellow community members have provided proof right in these forums. Easy to find They can call me whatever they want, I can care less about that stuff, but I refuse to be a part of a contest that lacks integrity. Integrity is everything, and to be a part of something that has NO integrity (only to find out during this years event), is very offputting. Either way, if this is the way the contest will be handled going forward, I will not participate. If you are disgusted by this too, feel free to not participate either. Its a shame that it has come to this, but CIG should make this event game package backer accounts only. I promise you, literally promise you that if they ever show the results of the backer only votes. The Argo will have lost all the way back against the Carrack. If the meme group really wants the truth, they would want the same (their personal message and agenda and all). However, to cheat in order to send your message says so much more about you than the target of your message. How can your message be about fairness, and you use cheating as your method of delivery? Hypocritical and lacking integrity - but I am not surprised. I called this back during the Carrack match.
