They started selling reclaimers in 2018 Possibly knowing the gameplay for them (salvage) wont be ready for years and only now admit it will be very late. My bet is they knew exactly salvage was years away still. But that would have hurt the reclaimer sales. A special video would be great where they explicity explain why out of all things, the feature that sold 450$ ships just happens to be at the endo f 2019 when it will be 2019, I bet it will be delayed again or so primitive it will be just "shoot your laser at ship to get resources". And guys please don't quote the vague PR defense that the devs said in the latest video about "realistic roadmap expectations". Because the money from the reclaimers was already made. At first it was YEAH BUY RECLAIMERS! Then they kept the salvage feature in the roadmap only to move it as far away as possible when the space on the current timeline ran out. I mean look at this. The absolute last feature on the entire visible roadmap is salvage. They need to add realistic projections on a ship's core gameplay RIGHT NEXT TO THE PRICE TAG in the shop. Not pretend it will be around the corner in the nearest updates.
