I get that people are frustrated they didn’t get their Idris but the answer isnt removing hull limits. Just because the ship is available now doesn’t mean everyone’s entitled to it. These ships are supposed to be rare and meaningful, not handed out like candy. If everyone has one, they lose all impact. The truth is, there are probably 30–40000 people trying to buy one the second a wave goes live. Its not just bots or resellers. Some people are just lucky. That’s how limited stock works. And honestly, the way some of you have been acting today? Blaming Nightrider, going after the mods, accusing CIG of conspiracies… it’s embarrassing. This turned into a full on witch hunt because some people didnt get their way. That’s not how a community should act. lets be real if the ship means that much to you, theres always the Dominus Pack. It’s not cheap, but it is a guaranteed way to get it. If you’re not willing to go that route, then maybe the ship wasn’t that important to you after all. I’ve lost F5 wars too. Most of us have. But you dont see us melting down and trying to tear the whole system apart. These ships are limited for a reason. Capital ships should be rare. Try again next wave, and maybe cool it on the torches and pitchforks. #KeepTheHullLimit Edit: I dont want to throw anyone under the bus, but lets be honest alot of the people complaining right now dont even have a year on their account. I’m not trying to gatekeep, but just because you came along recently doesnt mean you get to rewrite how things have been done. This system has worked this way for over a decade. Nobody was complaining until the Idris finally entered the game. Now suddenly its a crisis? The Idris has been sold every ILW, and people have had multiple chances to grab one. Last year, the warbond version took over 10 minutes to sell out during the final wave so this idea that its "impossible" to get one is just not true. Its competitive, yeah but not impossible. Removing rarity wont stop scalpers it’ll just hand them more inventory and destroy what makes ships like the Idris special in the first place.
