My recent frustration with the current medical rescue system is that no matter what you do, if you are in a bunker (Restricted Areas) and security guards are present, you will be shot. My only option now is to assassinate the security guards which will give you crimestate. I don't mind FPS combat; it's my favourite part of the game, even if it's not perfect. However, due to the current system, I am now required to risk my gear and go through the crimestate removal process as a medic (a person who is supposed to be doing good). This unnecessarily consumes 10-15 minutes of my time where I could be saving another person in need. If I don't remove my crimestate my rating will increase as I continue rescuing people who are down at bunker doing their own FPS missions. Soon enough a bounty hunter will start chasing me in this scenario due to high CS level. What I would like to see as improvement is that whenever someone accepts rescue beacon for person who is down in restricted area NPC security guard should not shoot at person coming to rescue. If nine tails/hostiles enemies are still remaining as usual they can try to shoot the medic. If the person who put out the beacon had crime state then only it makes sense. Medical Rescue Beacon descriptions should include the name of the exact location the said person is down at or at least mention that they are at Restricted Area. This way I can come fully prepared. To summarize what I just said I am adding flowchart diagram, it's something I might often do with my experience in IT (specifically Cybersecurity) to give logical explanations. [I highly appreciate CIG taking first baby steps towards add medical gameplay, this post just intends to give feedback.]
