Today kicks off the ultimate race for any pilot that loves treading the fine line between death and glory. It's a contest of courage, focus, and skill, where only the best of the best will make it to the podium in one piece. Welcome to the microTech Metroloop Race 2951 - sponsored by Thrustmaster :rotating_light: Before you fire up your Avenger Titan and throw your best time into the ring, read the contest rules carefully. :warning: Please be aware that any submissions not following the contest rules are invalid and will not be counted. Let's get started! :rocket: Visitors to microTech are undoubtedly familiar with the Metroloop train that connects the New Babbage Interstellar Spaceport to the Aspire Grand. The track rests on 17 pillars, each topped by a triangle. Here's the challenge: Grab an Aegis Avenger Titan. This magnificent ship is available to every account for free during Invictus Launch Week Free Fly (running from May 22 until June 3). Land as centered as possible on the MT Metroloop Hub landing pad near the spaceport (the one with the small flashing red light). Use video capture software to record your attempt. Launch your Avenger Titan. We will measure your race time from the moment the ship's computer says "launch complete". Fly through the 17 triangles of the Metroloop's track leading to the Aspire Grand. It doesn't matter if you fly slaloms or spirals, but showing off impressive maneuvers and precision could get you bonus points. Fly through the Aspire Grand and land as centrally as possible on the landing field of the roof. Your race time ends when the ship's computer says "landing completed". Stop recording the video and upload your video to YouTube. Name your video: Star Citizen Metroloop Race 2951.
