I hope we get some kind of support for this soon. Yes, I know it's an MMO. Yes, get friends, got it, but NPC crew was stated as an in-game feature. Also, it would be nice to do things when my friends aren't online. I'm retired, so I have more free time than my friends do. I'd like to be able to play in a ship, say a crewed MOLE, when everyone else is at work. I hope this gets worked on soon, rather than later, even if it is just blades for turrets that take up more power. I get it, the NPCs might have issues still (standing on chairs, cowering in the spaceport from...PTSD?), but some option would be nice. Also, let's be real, I can be online with 25 people, an no one wants to mine. Which takes us back to NPCs and blades.
