I am referring to the latest RTV where a question was asked if we would be allowed to hire NPC's to fly OUR ships as wing men. It has always been my impression that this would be allowed. The latest RTV casts some doubt on this possible mechanic. @CIG you guys are doing a great job, and I really am looking forward to this game. However, this could be a major issue with a lot of backers if NPC's are not allowed to fly some of our other ships. Of course there would need to be reasonable limitations. I cannot speak for others, but I have purchased a number of ships that I otherwise would not have if I could not take a ship or two along with me for support in my operations.
