-Be civil. So far in PTU, there are players at the "Nine Tails Occupation at Orison" who are going out of their way to kill other players. The fact that this is happening already in PTU and it isn't even LIVE yet is a red flag. While I was trying to test the event, the pk'ers were camping the elevators and other choke points within the event space and murdering players. While there are PvPers amongst you who have no issue with this, I am not one of them. I am all for PvP when it is appropriate. This PvP is what I would classify as griefing. PvP in this case would only be appropriate and justified if the players were offered an opposing mission wherein they worked for Nine Tails and weren't designated as friendly. Only then would it be fine to fight against players. Unfortunately this is not the case. These player killers will accept the mission to fight against Nine Tails. They then board the shuttle and blend themselves in with the normal players. These player killers can see all friendly players as everyone at the event is identified by a blue triangle. These pk'ers will either find you or camp choke points in order to kill you without remorse. You will lose all of your gear from getting killed by these pk'er "friendlies". If you have subscriber/store items then get ready to reset your account in order to get said items back. The PK'ers are not kicked from the event, nor does their blue triangle turn red. It will take you 10+ minutes to re-gear and run back into the fight. Watching this unfold has slightly changed my opinion on forced PvP within the game, perhaps it's a bad idea.. CIG, why don't you turn off friendly fire during one sided PvE events? CIG here are some questions: Will this be PvP griefing be addressed at all? Are you aware of this occurring in the PTU event? Is this a feature? Do you think this feature is fun? Will you allow players to avoid this type of PvP in the future?
