@Camural 's latest test: Redeemer with S3 shields against a single LF. Total duration of the fight is less than 2 min: Test fight between a Redeemer with a crew and 2 experienced LFs (Arrow and Talon): Small turrets = dead angles too important = light fighters can easily stay out of their fire Big turrets = too slow to compensate for that, even slighty (ie suppressive fire without expecting a lot of hits since they're not anti-LF turrets) Redeemer = unable to reposition fast enough for the small turrets to fire at LFs above it Redeemer = unable to evade and reposition fast enough for any gunner to fire on LFs Hull doesn't tank damage (probably the missing armor) A few hits (missiles and guns) can cause a major torque imbalance and uncontrolable spin A few hits by C788s and missiles shut down the Redeemer Only the end of the 2min35s (yes, 2min35s) fight because of imgur's limit: A ship sold USD 250.00, 275.00 and 325.00 as a: powerful fighting ship capable of holding its own in combat with a powerful weapons payload. Dotted with turrets and missiles, the Redeemer also doubles as an armored landing craft capable of delivering armored soldiers for first person combat! @YogiKlatt-CIG More threads worth a read: Acceleration https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/4/thread/why-were-the-redeemer-engines-nerfed/ Maneuverability https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/65292/thread/about-the-redeemer-maneuver/ Weapons (see other threads too) https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/65292/thread/the-redeemer-s-weapons Role https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/65292/thread/redeemer-quo-vadis/ and https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/65292/thread/what-is-the-redeemer-supposed-to-be/ Also https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/3/thread/redeeming-the-redeemer
