Hi everyone, Celebrate Star Citizen's Birthday all month long with the ultimate aerospace tournament! Voice your support for your favorite flyable/driveable vehicle and help secure it a spot by submitting an original creation directly on the Community Hub. The top 16 ships with the most compelling submissions will make it into the Ship Showdown finals, where they will go head-to-head in the ultimate tournament of aerospace champions. Don't forget to upvote, like, and share your favorite creations and help support your vehicle of choice, as a spot in the final four of this celebratory smack-down will not only win your ship its time in the proverbial limelight but may also open the airlock for some fun surprises coming later this year. What kind of original creation? We’re glad you asked! ANY kind! No, seriously. Write and sing an original song, make something out of Lego®, take an epic in-game shot, take an epic out-of-game shot, make a trailer or a music video, hell – build the ship for real if you’re up to it! Your submission can literally be anything, as long as it celebrates your favorite ship or vehicle currently available in the ‘verse. We'll also be handing out some Anvil Arrows with LTI for a handful of submissions we feel are particularly outstanding!* You can also amplify the spotlight on your favorite flyable/driveable ship by taking to Twitter! Make sure to use #SCShipShowdown and #StarCitizen so we can easily find your posts. See you in the 'verse! * UPDATE - We've had hundreds of incredibly creative nominations come through! This was one of our closest votes yet... but we have landed on a top 5. Congratulations and we'll see you in head-to-head voting! * We'll reach out to the winners in the coming week to send out prizes! @Sir_Grag - 3D Holographic Trophy - https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/event/ship-showdown/421-3D-Holographic-Trophy-Of-The-Origin-890-Jump @PELCKI - Lego® Cutlass - https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/event/ship-showdown/148-LEGO-Cutlass @BlRD - Retaliator Painting - https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/event/ship-showdown/98-Retaliator @tengzexin - Gladius 3D Print - https://robertsspaceindustries.com/community/event/ship-showdown/121-Put-GLADIUS-VALIANT-On-My-Table @Lloyd_George_23 (Twitter) - Valkyrie Watercolour - https://twitter.com/Lloyd_George_23/status/1174042922305671168
