People should be able to play this game how they like. You know when I find Star Citizen to be at its best and most enjoyable? When everyone is on the same page, working together cooperatively, that's when. Other people enjoy telling the server, "JT is safe! Come here!" and then they wait and steal ships loaded down with product. Others like waiting outside hangars, endlessly killing people as they leave stations. We all have our proclivities and that's what makes this game fantastic. If you like having your fun at the expense of others, I don't want to change that, but it doesn't mean I want to play with you. I think it's high time we get optional PvE-only servers for people that want to play with other players cooperatively and leave all of the having fun at the expense of others behind. There's a lot of enjoyment to be mined on a server bereft of anything but cooperative play and only having to face off against NPCs. 90% of the servers are supposed to be NPCs anyways. The people who want the distilled, free for all, might makes right, tribalism of the 30th Century already have what they want and that's great. Good for them. There is a gigantic contingent of people who would absolutely love to have optional PvE-only servers in this game that would otherwise NEVER even try it if it was ONLY Free for all PvP because they just have zero interest in games like that. CIG you are leaving a solar system sized pile of real cash sitting their by not offering this for the PU and it will not in any way affect the PvP crowd. They still get to have fun at the expense of others just minding their own business.
