I've noticed a surge of vocal "PvE" players after the announcement of 3.15. Medical gameplay, loot, and perma death becoming more a reality seem to have made them realise Star Citizen is not a PvE game, and that PvA do not mean Players working together against NPC foes. Many times in the last few days have I read on many platform (here, reddit, facebook, etc) that a full loot, full PvP game is not what they signed for and that CIG should cater more, if not solely, to the PvE base because they want their mmo Freelancer experience where the only foes are... NPC. Then... what DID they signed for? While SC is not a pure PvP game, PvA means that there WILL be PvP. Non-consensual PvP, loot, perma death, and consequences for every minute decision we make. at that. This has been clear since 2012, this is maybe one of the only thing that didn't change since 2012. So why now, suddenly, a vocal (maybe minority?) of PvE players took their pitchforks? Even some prominent Youtuber that I won't name because I respect his work and anonymity here was saying that if a player want to go out and do whatever he wants without being bothered by other players, he should be able to do it. But that is NOT Star Citizen. A living, breathing universe is a universe where danger lurks, even (especially) when you don't want to... Anywho, I digress because I have a lot to say on the matter, but what is your opinion on the matter?
