First off, ATLS costs almost the same as an Aurora. So how does that pricing work? Here is a fully functioning ship with Weapons, Quantum Drive, Life support, and a host of other components that are about altogether the same as a cargo robot with a tractor beam. Second, you are nerfing the Maxlift so it will require 2 players at minimum to move cargo. This is purely to give the ATLS a reason to sell. Nice kick in the teeth for solo players; You like being a delivery driver? Friends didn't want to play today? Then better spend money buying an ATLS to be able to move any 32SCU container by yourself. Let me guess, you are planning on having the same 3-month window as ship purchases where you can't buy a now NECESSARY tool to move large cargo. You say it's build co-operative gameplay, definitely not so you can make more money selling a tool to make it impossible to move larger crates as a solo player, and tedious as a group. Definitely isn't a cash grab. Absolutely not. Must be some internal discussion that we are all missing that makes this reasonable. Here is a solution you all ignored, the ATLS already had a better tractor tool than the maxlift, people were already excited to buy the ATLS, you could have just left the maxlift be able to move larger containers and people STILL would have bought the ATLS. People wouldn't be as upset because you wouldn't be purposefully making it impossible to move container as a solo player without having to spend real money to engage in that gameplay. It's so aggravating that you think claiming these changes are to promote "co-operation" in cargo loading when you are actively selling the solution to do it solo. Congratulations, you spent more of your community goodwill on short term profits. Thanks for creating more drama and online articles slamming this game, makes me feel really proud to play this game and be part of this community.
