There's an unwelcome random element to Power Management. Pick up merc contract. Set SCM power as optimal for combat NAV to destination Drop into SCM Power Manager helpfully forgets what I previously set - and decides to switch off my guns or shields, and I'm left thumbing my way through the MFD to fix things as the enemy hoards approach. This system should be great, but it's a huge pain in the arse. Why does this system not retain memory of previous settings half the time? Any tips or tricks appreciated.
