The Carrack is the premier exploration ship, nearly the same cargo, better armament, and defenses than the Hercules M2, it can carry 3 tanks if they make pods without the walkway, has medical capacity just shy of the Apollo, 2.5 times more data capacity than the premier data runner, a rover bay capable of fitting 2 Ursas with some room to spare, a small hangar, a repair bay for repairing components, A drone bay with capacity for 4 or possibly 6 drones, and an excess of escape pods for the crew requirement. The drawback for this ship is the armament, except that it's got 4 dual S4 turrets with incredibly good firing arcs meaning that it can deter anything medium or smaller and could probably deal with some large ships too. Right now, it also has 1,024,000 HP, and a top speed of 1236M/s which I'm guessing is a placeholder. However it's apparently able to do something like 350m/s in deep atmosphere which is incredible for a ship this size, and likely properly calculated for the thrust and aerodynamic drag of it.
