So, S7+ torpedo minimum distance lock is now 5000m with a speed of 130m/s. Simple math 5000 / 130 = 38,5s to hit a stationary target. What's the ballista's role in all this ? Hammerhead SCM speed is faster than torpedo. EDIT : PTU 9194459 Speed back to 500+ m/s but still with a higher minimum range lock which I think is still a problem for the Ballista.
