It just simply boils down to mutual respect for the game play wishes of other players. If I cruise along with my fully laden cargo hauler, get stopped by pirates demanding some ransom, I have no great problem with that. It is part of the game. I believe that the vast majority agrees with that. The non combat player gets annoyed by random unprovoked acts of violence. When I admire the detailed scenery and pick flowers on MicroTech, I expect to be left alone , to not be shot just because. That is all the rather PvE group want. Nothing more. Have respect for the joy a miner gets from his doings. Don´t go there with 5 Vanguards and shoot him and his stuff up. If you are real pirates, ask for your share and be on with it.
