Yes, this is another PvP vs PvE post. Skip or indulge at your own convenience. I feel like I've wasted my time. After encountering several bugs over the past couple of weeks that stopped me from completing more than one large run, I studied up on what I could do to avoid them. To make the experience smoother and better. I've rented a Raft and used an ATLS to grab the cargo from a freight elevator. I grabbed the gear to handle the cold. I planned to not store the ship, after retrieving the cargo. But after I loaded the cargo onto my ship, there they were. A cutlass blue. Lights on. Space Dad moment. Weighing whether it's worth it to risk flying out of the zone. Unfortunately for me: I don't have more than an hour or so to play, which is already taken up by the other activities to sustain this gameplay (which I enjoy). I can't store the ship, as I'm neither near a landing zone and even if I was, I would encounter the cargo bug. I don't have enough to hire security. Let alone the time to do so. They aren't hailing or giving any indications. I can't log out to wait them out, as that's given me issues in the past. So, I risk it. And I'm shot down. Any offers to pay them off in chat are ignored. As could be expected. All the cargo, destroyed. Blown up. I'm tired of being someone else's gameplay. I don't have time for this. So, it's time for me to play something else for a bit. Let me know if you know a way out of this situation, with the above constraints.
