After seen this commercial i can just see they gave up on medical gameplay and being punished when you dont prepare. Just go out and get shot and retry a hundred times.. It does not matter anymore, lets not have people learn from their mistakes and come more prepared. I normally dont get a bit angry as iam now, but this is a wrong idea to do this. its killing a profession off like that. Specially how its advertised in the commercial. Very unwise and dumb.
