What I genuinely fail to grasp is this: What exactly are all the people at CIG doing all day? There are well over 1000 employees—unless, of course, they’re imaginary headcount figures meant to impress investors. And sure, not all of them are network engineers or artists. Some must be in charge of running the website, setting up sales events, and, I don’t know, maybe even ensuring that people actually get the stuff they pay for? Radical concept, I know. But here we are: Fortune has been out for three days. And for three days, Imperator subscribers have had exactly zero Fortune in their hangars. What a poetic metaphor for this entire situation. If you can’t make your game function as advertised and can’t get the ships you sell to work as expected, the absolute bare minimum—the lowest bar imaginable—would be ensuring that simple administrative tasks like "adding an item to a list" don’t turn into a week-long odyssey. But apparently, even that is asking too much. People are paying around 20 €/$ for this. Is that sum beneath your notice now? Just not worth the effort anymore? Or do you simply not care? Honestly, if you can’t figure out how to add the ships to the hangars, maybe—and this is just a wild thought—stop selling the perk in the first place. There’s a reason the mood in Spectrum and SC Reddit has been circling the drain lately. People feel like they’re being taken for an endless joyride on the "Give Us More Money" train while getting fleeced like a Christmas goose in the process. And look, I’ll even be generous: I believe you’re trying to make SC work. But your attitude, your communication, and your treatment of the very people who keep throwing money at you despite everything? That has been circling the drain right alongside the community’s goodwill for years. So, here’s a crazy idea: Get your act together. Or at the very least, make an effort to pretend you care.
