You've said nothing about the Ironclad, nothing about how absolutely shattered 4.8 is, nothing at all. I don't know if you guys think you're above communication, panicking about the backlash, or simply unfeeling about the entire thing. All I know is that it's bringing absolutely no favors or goodwill in your direction. Don't be afraid to admit defeat or admit that you got it wrong this time. It's genuinely okay if ya'll own up to it and LET US KNOW what fixes are planned and when they are planned to hit. Hundreds of unhappy customers just dropped $600 on an increasingly unusable ship and are waiting on YOU to say something about the state of it. COMMUNICATION IS KEY HERE, I'm not writing this to be mean or harp on the devs, I'm just begging them for any answer at all.
