I am honestly dumb founded by the sheer number of people that stick around in spectrum just to post and comment about how they don't believe in the project anyone or don't think that the game will ever be released or what ever. Seriously why are you people dwelling on the negative. If you don't support SC anymore why are you actively trying to turn other people against it with constant nay saying? It is not in the best interest of your own personal mental health and you're not doing anyone else any favors. People keep talking about "oh it's been 8 years why isn't it done yet" but they don't even consider that many of the most anticipated or highest rated games also spent 8+ years in development and had teams larger than CIG working on them that whole time. Red Dead Redemption 2 had over 1000 developers working on it for 9 years. CIG at is current size has only half that number of developers and has only had MOST of those for 5 years. The first 3 years ( Late 2012 - Early2016) was spent building a AAA studio from the ground up and a good chunk of the work done during that time (a fair amount of which was outsourced) has since been thrown out completely. When you consider that Star Citizen had MAYBE a quarter of the actual man hours that went into Red Dead Redemption 2. Pretty much the exact same thing could be said in regards to Cyberpunk 2077 which started development in 2012 but again CD Project Red already had hundreds of developers working on it from day one. So seriously you people have no idea how many man hours go into making a modern AAA which is really neither here nor there, if you wanna live in ignorance and have a complete lack of understanding as to the amount of work that is typically involved in game design fine but again seriously if you don't enjoy SC and you don't think it's ever going to be finished why are you still here. Just go away and stop making 18 posts a day about how ye have little faith. Thanks.
