It takes so long to loot and move FPS items now. To loot a FPS mission location right now, you have to do the following: 1. Bring down a Store-All box that fits the doors/rooms in the location. 2. Have a backpack large enough to fit the small items you want out of chests. 3. Move chest items/guns to backpack/hands, then into the Store-All. 4. Move box and any bodies (one by one) to the cargo grid of your ship. (Be careful, items and bodies can/will fall through certain ships floors/cargo grids) 5. Return to your hangar. 6. Remove your gear and store it. 7. Go to each body (one by one), open it's inventory and equip the body suit. (It should equip all items and gear on the body to you.) 7a. If the armor has items in its inventory, move them to storage. (Normally its ammo, medpens, or food.) 8. If you want to sell the gear, un-equip the body suit into a Store-All box. If you want to keep it, un-equip it into station storage. Then repeat step 7 and 7a for each body. 9. Move any guns and other items from your ship/box into storage or the sell box. 10. You can re-equip your gear and move the cargo to your warehouse. 11. To quickly sell the items in your Store-All, go to the stations cargo center and sell the Store-All box at the kiosk. It should calculate the cost of the items inside it. (Some items may not be taken. Guns, suits and armor are safe bets) 12. Purchase a new Store-All to replace the sold one. 13. Any other miscellaneous items can be sold to stores that accept them. 14. You can now repeat the process. This process is obtuse, not explained anywhere, and time consuming. Please, let us move all items from a chest/body into a box or a ship. Why have a full loot system that actively discourages/hinders us from using it? Especially when crafting becomes a thing and we are making dozens or hundreds of items. CIG, please make looting and item management less painful.
