Dear Chris and CIG. Fourteen years ago, October 10th, 2012 to be exact the pitch was made to create Star Citizen. 14 years of oh wait, there's more. 14 years in which I have retired, had a grandchild and a heart attack which almost made sure I will never see the release of these games. Thousands of us have spent literally thousands of dollars supporting your vision as it was our dream to see it come to fruition. Thousands of loyal backers have waited and waited through crap releases over the years and years and years of feature creep because we believe in the game. I personally have seen great strides in the recent years after watching horrific bugs plague the game, so I do have hope and a great deal of respect for the Devs of this game. I can understand that the advent of new technology has changed how things are made but here in lies the problem. Next year there will inevitably be newer tech causing the need for yet another change to how things are made. It never ends. We have waited long enough. The rumor has it that we may now have to wait for GTA 6 to be released so you can hit the broadest possible audience when Squadron 42 is release but what about the thousands of supporters that you have kept waiting all these years? Are you so comfortable in making us wait because we have put up with it for so long it has become the normal and you can take us for granted? I'd prefer to think you have more respect for us, but I simply don't know. Perhaps stop saying vague shit in your interviews and just say what is going on and people can stop making guesses at what you mean. I have little belief that you will even see this post, and I already know I'll get plenty of people telling me how stupid I am for even posting but I don't care. My money spent here, as a Wing Commander level supporter over 10 years gives me a right to speak my mind. (There...paragraphs for the grammar police.)
