30009/30016 error ....i keep making tickets and reporting the problem .its been 25 days now since i played on the live server !! and nothing even the Caracter reset doesn't work and i try it ever 24h , But wat makes me upset is the fact that they mark my tickets that i submitted as RESOLEV OR CLOSED ...now how are they going to know about it or fix it if its doesn't show as a problem (i used my friends acc, with his consent to se if its not my pc or my pc files/game integrity files and it worked perfectly with no problems ) so the guys at COUNCIERGE SERVICES say i must report it here because they cant help me.....so here I'm am if there is any DEV. in here can you please make a follow up on my problem because i cant see how this compony can make a Brilliant game but not fix a acc. problem PLEASE HELP!!!!
