Hello CIG, I'm writing this message with a lot of disappointment. I stopped playing Star Citizen some time ago because, after the so-called "Year of Stability," the game had become, in my opinion, almost unplayable. Today, I decided to download the game again and give it another chance. My experience lasted between 10 and 15 minutes. The first five minutes in Area18 were spent trying to gear up, but the inventory wasn't working properly, some weapons wouldn't equip, and several other bugs immediately ruined the experience. I then spent about two minutes flying to Baijini Point, which went smoothly. But as I was approaching the hangar, everything started falling apart again. At that point, I simply quit the game and uninstalled it. My conclusion is that, instead of constantly introducing new events and features with every update, it would be better to focus on fixing the core issues first. I completely understand that events and new content help fund the project, but if you want to keep your community invested in the long run, the priority should be delivering a stable and immersive experience. Right now, that immersion is constantly broken by bugs and poor game stability. I think you've understood why I'm disappointed. This message isn't written out of anger, but out of frustration. After only a few minutes of gameplay, I experienced exactly the same issues and had exactly the same feeling that made me stop playing Star Citizen months ago. I truly love the ambition behind this project, and I genuinely want it to succeed. That's exactly why it's so frustrating to see that, after all these years of development, the gameplay experience is still held back by such fundamental issues.
