The last two weeks have been a comedy of errors. Lost around $1M in just broken program errors and frustrations. I already reported issues with not being able to Claim my Taurus now for 12 days ("Cannot complete that request now. Try again later."). Was hoping the latest update would solve the issue. Nope...still can't access a ship that I paid a pretty penny for. I don't mind mistakes - it's Alpha. But to not be able to get in game with something I paid $190 for is truly frustrating. (and yes...character reset didn't fix it) I'm sure I'm not alone in saying I love the game...but the gameplay of this "testing" is beyond frustrating. I have logged many articles in Issue Council trying to help the game. Wondering now if that is a waste of time since the issue I describe above has been posted in like 8 different council reports going back a couple years ....and still a problem. Why report if nothing happens. I know...venting. But trying to be helpful for CIG to see that even ardent supporters that have spend a decent amount on the game can loose their patience.
