The problem Law system is completely inadequate for this new challenge, and armistice zones do more harm than good, as the case described in the attached screenshot clearly illustrates (notice that it has over 1,1K upvotes). Proposed solution 1. Make it legal to shoot any player (on foot, in an ATLS, or in a ship) carrying your cargo (plus 10 seconds afterwards), if they're not in your party; 2. Remove armistice zones from ALL surface outposts, enabling escorts to do their job, and traders to protect their investments and themselves, thus finally ending this rampant abuse, and enabling people to properly take charge of their own safety; 3. Make it impossible to lower the cargo elevator that is already in use by another player (until the last piece of cargo leaves the elevator platform), unless you are in their party; 4. Apply this solution, or some other effective solution SOON. Do not wait for Q4 2024, or Q1 2025, or even later. Reasoning Outposts don't look like safe places, and they're not - even despite being "protected" by armistice zones. Don't tie up players' hands when it comes to their right to self-defense, and protection of their cargo, especially now that it takes so long to load/unload. More importantly, do not allow unscrupulous players to outright abuse armistice mechanics to annoy others and secure wealth through unintended means - this is not even piracy, it's just abuse of game mechanics bordering on griefing.
