UPDATE: Thank you CIG for a status page! http://status.robertsspaceindustries.com/ CIG please provide a status page for Star Citizen that shows the health of servers, progress of any work that might be going on to resolve issues. An example need for this... March 1, 2020, the entire universe seems to have imploded, like with "service error" when attempting to purchase items in shops, and mobiglas commlink global chat list showing blank slots instead of usernames, then unable to recreate parties from main menu after attempting to give it a fresh launch. Several in the community attempted to reach out to you at that time, to see if maybe an on-call staff member was around to respond, and nobody responded. A dashboard on the RSI site that shows what's going on with servers running and any communications on what's going on with them would be extremely helpful. Thank you! Update: The attached screenshot example is just that, an example for an idea of some kind of information that could help relay status, what's going on, and definitely need info communicated... obviously a dashboard of another design for what we're dealing with would be best.
