Hi guys, I 'm a subscriber and in my account overview the PTU option was yellow highlighted so I initiated the account copy process to PTU. I did this some hours ago already but did not receive an e-mail with the PTU credentials yet. Anybody knows how long this can take, hours, days...? As the instructions tell me it is not preferable to initiate the copy process more then once, but when to take action? Thanks for your help. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: Guys, I just followed the tip below to Erase your account from the PTU and after a few minutes click the COPY button again.
