With the change to the flight model, I noticed that decoupled flight had one major thing removed : gravity compensation. If you go in decoupled mode when on a planet or a moon, you'll just fall down right to the ground. With a Hotas/Hosas setup, maybe this is manageable by constantly strafing up, but with a mouse and keyboard, this isn't really easy to do. So : -No more smooth decoupled landing with a mouse and keyboard -No more smooth travelling cinematic shots on a planet or moon. As a content creator, this is not good. Maybe adding a option to enable "Decoupled Gravity Compensation" could be added in the future ? Of course this would have to respect the rules. No infinite hover if the mavThrusters overheats, no hover if you don't have sufficient thrust and all that jazz. But I don't think it would be "unrealistic" or gamebreaking. Tell me what you think :slightly_smiling_face:
