I've hit a plateau and will not be participating in 3.0 testing any further. I have seen no mention or fix for low framerates. I have been to the issue council a dozen times(I've erased and started over to fix another glitch so my current profile wont show that). With a constant 5 to 10 fps with a ping of 130+ consistently it is unbearable for me continue I am incapable of testing any other content. I don't run a slow rig but I'm not exactly high end either. Win 10 AMD FX8350 @ 4.6GHZ 24GB Ram 1866mhz Samsung 850 Evo SSD 500GB @ 6 gbs Sapphire Radeon RX470 4gb OC GPU 1350mhz, Mem 1850mhz Fiber ISP @ 25mb/s down and 5 mb/s up. I think this should run a lot smoother than 5 to 10 FPS(I believe I should be getting 15+). I dont know if this is still due to memory leaks or not as I still hit 20 GB of ram usage. The worst part is I cannot explain the increase in Ping on US servers as my ping on any other game in the US never excedes 50 unless there is a problem at the server. If there is something I am missing I would like to hear it. I have submitted my specs and this issue to the council already but doesn't seem to be something anyone else can replicate as it seems most everyone is running intel rigs and not AMD so it's kinda hard to get my problem replicated. I do have an upgrade heading my way soon. Hardware will definitely not be as much an issue as I have a Ryzen build upgrade waiting for a few more parts to arrive. When that happens I will most likely give it another shot but I feel my specs are not so common for PTU players right now.
