Thanks! ~Shessair and Proxus The Issue After an Insurance Claim, you continue to have duplicate ships appear in your ship list with the "Name of Ship - #". Current reports indicate the following: The original ship can be used/insurance claimed, duplicates never work The original ship cannot be used/insurance claimed, one or more duplicates work The original ship and dupes don't work Vehicles may spawn in a duplicated ship, but may not work See some example images below, captured from the Issue Council. We are currently resetting accounts if you enter a ticket on the issue. :rocket: DO THIS FIRST! Log into game, access Persistent Universe, try claiming a ship. We need to get some recent data up when you enter the ticket. Contact us at this site: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/contact-us For the Subject, use: Duplicate Ship Insurance Claim Issue Contacting us for: Technical Support Let us know you need your account reset due to the duplicate ship and insurance claim issue. Submit your message! We'll reset your data. It's important you use that specific subject in the ticket! If it happens again, please report to the Issue Council below with clear reproduction steps. :rocket: We are seeking more information and reproduction steps :rocket: Please let us know the following when this claim - dupe happens! Did the game crash losing your ship, then entered an Insurance Claim creating the dupe? Did the ship load badly requiring an Insurance Claim, creating a dupe? Did you log out in your ship out in space, requiring an Insurance Claim, creating a dupe? Did you lose ship (and how), relog, then it occurred? Or other situation? ANY/EVERYTHING that might have happened right before claim/dupe would be super helpful! If you have videos, send links/timestamps! We will review this as well as the reports.
